I always looked forward to our sessions. Alison was amazing and very skilled. I knew I had someone who understood me and wanted me to be the best for me. I left each session on a high, clearer on what I needed to do and confident that I could. Bernadette, Headteacher, Ireland

"When I first met David I was impressed by his listening skills and then his insights, helping me to make sense of my issues. He built up my trust and confidence that is so valuable in a coach. David's style is a balance of challenge and support. He challenged my perceptions of myself, so I felt empowered to make changes. I can honestly say I learned a huge amount about myself and my motivation yet he didn't actually "tell" me anything. My career has really taken off with David's help, I am now enjoying myself doing what gives me fulfillment and accomplishing so much more with less effort. I would recommend David without hesitation for professionals either with specific issues or just a lack of career focus and direction"

A creative and dynamic coach, trainer, facilitator and author – I specialise in the areas of Leadership, Personal Impact and Professional Effectiveness. I work in a range of sectors from corporate to education and as a coach I believe fundamentally that everyone I work with has the right answers, solutions and strategies within them. My role as coach and trainer is to help the client to marry our session content with a strong and accountable will to achieve high performance.
As a trainer/developer I set up powerful experiential learning opportunities from which people take practical and resonant lessons. I also believe strongly in the visual power of graphic capture of lessons – an approach that I use to great effect my coaching and training practice.

Services:
"In her coaching Emma blends the ideal qualities of professional, practical and friendly and I very much value her insightful perspectives. I really appreciate being able to bring a difficult management issue to each session and with Emma’s guidance work through the problem and potential actions, with many a useful handout to outline where and why conflicts might be occurring. When I was looking for coaching Emma was the only person I contacted who didn’t just want me to rely on her account of what she could offer – she immediately put me in touch with someone she was currently coaching so I could speak to them too. Over the years Emma has also drawn on her international network to offer valuable insights in other areas of my work. I recommend Emma without hesitation - and have already done so to colleagues!"

I hadn’t realised this until Fiona reflected this back to me. Fiona has extremely polished communication skills. She has a way of expressing things that is likely to achieve the desired result. I feel much more able to approach difficult conversations and I'm much more equipped to deal with my self-doubt next time it rears its head! I would love to work with Linda again in the future and I would highly recommend her to others."

"Through Coaching4Careers, I was introduced to Mark Thompson. Not only was he very professional, he was also everything that I needed. Despite having had only one coaching session with him, it was of immense help. Before our session, he called me on the phone for a quick assessment, and based on it, he came extremely well-prepared to put me on the right track. He ensured I was well-equipped to prepare for upcoming interviews, and also gave me the confidence needed to succeed. The very next medical school interview I had was at University of Western Australia. I am pleased to say that I was amongst the first candidates to get an offer from them for entry in 2018. I wholeheartedly recommend the service, and am immensely grateful to Mark for all the help."
