Sarah is an experienced executive coach, trainer and facilitator, working with businesses, universities, schools and charities to provide one-to-one executive coaching, group training workshops, team away days and learning and development consultancy in the UK and internationally. Sarah successfully coaches individuals in personal, leadership and career development, and she designs and facilitates impactful workshops and webinars for groups and teams, specialising in soft skills / interpersonal skills.
Sarah’s coaching and training is set apart by her previous experience of working in business for over 12 years at GlaxoSmithKline (GSK). Here she managed teams, and realised her flair for coaching and developing others, designing training workshops that reached over 20,000 delegates from more than 40 countries.
She is an Associate Member of the Association for Coaching, holds a Diploma in Coaching from the University of Warwick, a BSc in Biological Sciences and an MSc in Science Communication. Sarah regularly attends continuing professional development training from the Association for Coaching including recently: Emotional Intelligence for Leadership, Coaching with Motivational Interviewing, Fostering Collaborative Leadership, Recovery and Wellness Coaching, and Coaching for Resilience.
