As an experienced education & training consultant, Action Learning facilitator, and executive coach, I specialise in staff development and the empowerment of the individual as an autonomous and reflective thinker. The majority of my experience over the last 20 years has been in the Education and Charity sectors, including doctoral research into the construction of professional identities. I also work in the corporate sector providing training, facilitation and tailored coaching.
I have been recognised with Fellowship at the AUA, CMI and RSA, Principal Fellowship at the HEA, and with an MBE for services to Higher Education in the 2014 New Year honours.
My approach to coaching and facilitation is collegiate, constructive, generative and challenging, helping clients find the most appropriate path through their current challenges. Each coaching/client relationship is unique, and as such I always work with flexibility and openness.
