David has worked in talent management, leadership development, and organisational change for over 30 years. David began his career in Local Government in London, before moving to the RSA Insurance Group.

During his time at RSA he held senior roles in L&D, change management, and executive performance and development.  He has worked in many parts of the world, including a five year assignment to the US.
