Christine is an experienced CIPD qualified coach, facilitator and HR consultant, who has worked with private and public sector clients and students. Most recently, she has been working as a Leader of Employability within a large Secondary School in Bucks, facilitating and formalising career activities for year 7 to year 13 students, to support the 8 Gatsby Career Benchmarks. The work has involved building relationships with local employers and academic institutions, and also networking closely with schools across Bucks.
As part of Christine’s coaching role, she has also been delivering bespoke programmes into schools, most recently at Eton. These workshops include subjects such as the ‘World of Work’, interviewing techniques, Assessment Centre processes and Communication/collaboration.
Previous to this role, Christine worked for 18 years within HR for the Energy and Financial Services industries, covering Change Management and Communications, Learning and Development, HR Operations, Relationship Management, Graduate Recruitment and International Mobility.
She has a passion for energising, motivating and building confidence in individuals and teams, through coaching and workshops. She likes to help individuals recognise and believe in their potential and identify their key skills to support their development:

Christine has Certificates in Performance and Stress Management Coaching and is qualified as a BPS Level A and B assessor.
